All packages can be customized to suit your unique vision. I am happy to work with you to create a personalized package that meets your needs. The Classic Day-of Planning Package $1,400

For couples who have beautifully crafted their wedding vision but seek expert support for flawless execution, allowing you and your loved ones to immerse yourselves fully in the joy of your special day.

  • Personalized Pre-Wedding Consultation: Two months before your wedding, we’ll meet for an in-depth one-hour consultation. We'll meticulously review your plans, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned with your dreams.​

  • Comprehensive Wedding Day Handbook: Receive a tailored Wedding Day Handbook filled with essential checklists and timelines. This invaluable resource will guide you through the final touches and help address any lingering questions, ensuring you're fully prepared and confident.​

  • Day-of Coordination: I’ll be by your side for 8 hours, ensuring a seamless experience. From overseeing setup to managing vendors and swiftly resolving any unexpected issues. I’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on creating unforgettable memories.​

  • Peace of Mind: Celebrate freely, surrounded by the love of family and friends, while I ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly.

Bouquet

The Signature Month-of Planning Package $2,000

Perfect for couples who want to fully hand off the final details, vendor communication, and timeline management in the busy final weeks leading up to their special day.

 

What’s Included:

  • All the Day-of Package, plus:

  • Month-Of Vendor Management: I’ll step in four weeks before your wedding to take over all vendor communication, confirmations, and logistics so everyone is aligned. This allows you to be fully present during the month of your wedding, without needing to think of any last-minute details or adjustments!

  • Custom Timeline Creation: I’ll build a detailed wedding day timeline tailored to your unique plans and share it with all vendors.

  • Rehearsal Management: I’ll lead your ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident, prepared, and perfectly in sync for the big day.

  • Unlimited Email Support in Final Month: Answers to all those last-minute questions, so nothing gets overlooked.

  • Week-of Check-In: Final review of details to ensure a smooth celebration.

  • Full Day-Of Coordination: Up to 8 hours on-site, with the possibility of extending day-of support as needed.​

The Premium Wedding Planning Package $3,500

For couples seeking a true planning partner to guide, organize, and support them throughout the planning process. This elevated package ensures every detail is handled so you can fully relax and savour your day.

 

What’s Included:​

  • Comprehensive Planning: We’ll begin our collaboration 6+ months before your wedding, allowing ample time to bring your vision to life.

  • Custom Wedding Day Schedule Creation: I will lead the development of a detailed schedule tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring that every moment flows seamlessly.

  • Vendor Management: I’ll work directly with your chosen vendors, coordinating all communications and logistics to guarantee a cohesive wedding day.

  • Rehearsal Management: I will lead your rehearsal, ensuring that everyone knows their roles and feels confident and prepared.

  • Dedicated On-Site Support: Our team will ensure every aspect is executed flawlessly, allowing you to focus solely on celebrating with your loved ones.​

  • Unlimited Support: Enjoy peace of mind with unlimited emails and phone calls. I'm here to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance every step of the way.

Wedding Day Onsite Coordination Includes:

​

  • Designing and styling the welcome space, ceremony, reception and cocktail hour space.

  • Guest and vendor management including the coordination of vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, and tare down at the end of the day (pending package selected). 

  • Manage execution of the itinerary and schedule, behind-the-scenes coordination, and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (i.e. ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, etc.)

  • Set up of receiving, card box, dessert tables, and/or late-night food station.

  • Greeting and ushering guests, as needed.

  • Distribute personal flowers, boutonnieres, etc.

 

Most importantly, we will ensure that you and your guests have a fun and stress-free wedding day!

Please note that the pricing listed above does not include any travel charges. For events outside of the Simcoe Muskoka area, a travel fee will be added based on the distance and time required to travel. Our travel fees are designed to cover the cost of transportation. We strive to keep these fees as affordable as possible while still providing quality service to our clients.
